I have been a patient all my life (28 years). Missed one appointment prior to Covid whilst I was pregnant, didn't receive a phone call to rearrange. Tried to arrange an appointment after lockdown and told I have been taken off the patient list for missing two appointments (never received an appointment via post or text message about the other appt). Told I could go back on the waiting list of hundreds to join again. Very disappointing service after all my family have been with this dentist for many years. No loyalty or empathy for their patients.

My wife called yesterday to book us both in for a check up and I have a crown that was fixed at Titley Darby in 2018. Neither of us have visited during the pandemic for safety reasons whilst we waited for our 2 vaccinations as both of us have elderly parents that rely on us. My wife was able to book an appointment but I was informed that I had been struck off their list because I had not attended since 2018. My Wife incidentally had not attended since 2019 due to the pandemic. Obviously we were in shock and disgust at this news and complained as I had not received any notification of their intention
