Must be the worst company in Colchester,
Not only did they keep us in the dark about what was going on but they blatantly lied to my insurance company. They had told us it would take 3 days for them to investigate to see what needs to be done, after that we would then receive a courtesy car.
5-days after a car had been picked up by these guys my insurance company is calling them to see what's going on.
Turns out doesn't take 3 days for them to investigate far from it and they had already self signed it off the very same day they got it, But had failed to tell the insurance company this.

Colchester accident repairs carried out repairs to my car as part of an insurance claim. I also got them to undertake body work repairs not part of the claim. Really pleased with the work they did and the customer service provided by Gary was great. Would highly recommend.

I used this local business for an insurance claim . The repairs were of an exceptional standard . The company took the hassle out of an insurance claim and dealt with the insurer throughout. Was very pleased with the little time it took to get my car back. I was also updated along the way. Highly recommended!
