
Following the government's announcement on Sunday, we are extending the closure of our holiday accommodation until 4/7/2020. If you have a holiday booked with us anytime between 15/5/20 - 4/7/20, our reception team will contact you in the forthcoming days. If you have a holiday booked after 4/7/20, and you have a balance due, we are accepting balance payments 48 hours before your scheduled check in date.

Seafield was established in 1947 by the Braddick family, and is still run by the family today. Hobart Braddick and his son Leslie opened the site for business in 1947, with chalets and caravans. Some of these chalets still stand today, including our Kipling and Lundy View villas. A face many of our regular customers know is Ian Braddick, who started working in the family business at a very early age.
This cottage is the only one of its kind on our site and is named after Ian's late mother-in-law, who loved the cottage because of its peaceful surroundings. Ivy Cottage boasts sea views, and backs onto the Kipling Tors owned by the National Trust. These villas are upgraded versions of our Kipling Villas, sharing the same unspoiled sea views and back onto the Kipling Tors.

If you want a stylish and spacious top of the range caravan that boasts stunning sea views, the Royal Clovelly is perfect for you! Our 2 bedroom Hartland Caravans offer spacious accommodation, plus they're pet friendly! They feature an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area perfect for families or couples.

If you are looking for something a little more permanent, we have an array of residential caravans and chalets to rent on a long-term basis. They operate on a contract of at least 6 months, with no maximum length of stay, so you can live here all year round! All post is delivered to our reception, where it is sorted and allocated according to your caravan/chalet number for you to pick up when you wish.

The Royal Plaice serving Fish & Chips from Appledore, Market Street, from the Take-Away or the Resturant eating area. Quaint, quirky little pub in the heart of Appledore (Devon) with great food, drink & live music. Sylvester's Fish & Chip Shop, you come in for fish & chips and while you wait for your fresh cod enjoy a pleasant conversation with the ever jolly staff.
