We reserve the right to substitute individual stems of flowers or sundry items to those illustrated on our website due to seasonal availability of flowers and stock, this would be with a suitable substitution such as a variety of a flower or sundry item(s) in a different colour in an equal or greater value.

Flowers will often be delivered in a bud rather than full bloom as the pictures illustrated; this is to ensure longevity of the flowers. Funeral deliveries take priority over all other weekday deliveries throughout the day. We always deliver funerals a couple of hours before the funeral takes place, unless specified differently by the request of the undertaker or the family.
