L F Pearce & Son

At L F Pearce & Son, we have built a reputation as a trusted family-run business with over 80 years of combined experience in agricultural and construction services. Established in 1937, our journey began as a mixed farm before evolving into a diversified enterprise specialising in arable contracting, haulage, groundwork, and grain storage. Our team utilises state-of-the-art machinery and technology, including GPS-guided equipment and Trimble 3D earthworks systems, to deliver precision and efficiency across all projects. We prioritise client satisfaction through tailored solutions, whether for large-scale industrial operations or domestic landscaping. Our FORS Bronze accreditation, TASCC approvals, and RIDBA membership underscore our commitment to quality, safety, and industry-leading standards.

With a modern fleet of machinery and vehicles, we handle tasks ranging from crop management to infrastructure development, ensuring reliability and professionalism. Our groundwork division, the largest part of our business, employs experienced operatives capable of tackling complex projects, from drainage solutions to shed erection. We also operate a secure grain storage facility with advanced processing capabilities, including drying, cleaning, and colour sorting. Our haulage services, supported by partnerships like Hopcroft Transport, enable nationwide distribution of agricultural and construction materials. Rooted in the local community, we combine generational expertise with innovation to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
