We first approached HN Peake for a funeral plan for mum and were impressed by their kindness and thoughtfulness. When we suffered a bereavement with another member of our family we went to them again. We were thankful for the kind and sensitive way Jeremy and Ann spoke to us about the arrangements. The funeral was carried out in a dignified way and took in our wishes. We are very grateful for the way they conducted the day and arrangements leading up to it and made it a very fitting and memorable day for a loved one. Thank you.

The service provided from beginning to end has been exceptional . Every slightest detail was noted and dealt with with patience and quiet compassion. Everybody in the family could be included in the burial and were well guided by Ann and her colleagues. Would definitely recommend this small independent funeral directors. Simply excellent.

My sister and I found Peakes on the basis of reading all the lovely google reviews about Ann. When the time came for Peakes to handle our father's funeral we were truly blessed to have the wonderful Jeremy take the lead. He is compassionate, understanding, friendly, warm and funny - everything we needed at such a difficult time. We have recently been bereaved with the passing of our dear Mum. The thought of arranging a funeral was so hard to comprehend until I phoned Peakes and spoke with Ann Tew. Ann showed myself and my family empathy and compassion right from the first phone call. Ann made a very difficult time, bearable. Ann was available day and night to answer any questions we had or if we just needed to chat.
