Services
Polished Concrete Flooring
Our polished concrete flooring utilises diamond abrasive technology and proprietary InfinityFloor systems to create durable, reflective surfaces. Ideal for residential and commercial spaces, this service enhances existing or new concrete slabs with stain-resistant finishes. The process involves progressive grinding and chemical densification for a seamless, low-maintenance result.
Microcement Overlays
Microcement overlays provide a 3mm-thick alternative to traditional polished concrete, suitable for floors and walls. Our in-house developed MicroFloor and MicroWall systems offer bespoke colour and finish options while maintaining durability. These flexible, heat-transfer-efficient overlays are ideal for refurbishments or challenging substrates.
Concrete Consultancy
Our consultancy service addresses concrete polishing challenges, from project planning to remedial work. With over a decade of experience, we provide on-site guidance, material specifications, and technical support to contractors. This includes troubleshooting failed projects and optimising tooling processes for superior results.
Diamond Tool Supply
We supply proprietary diamond abrasive tools and grinders designed for professional concrete polishing. Our range includes metal-bonded and resin-bonded tools with higher diamond content for extended lifespan. Compatible with major machinery brands, these tools ensure precision in both commercial and industrial applications.
Surface Preparation
Surface preparation services ensure optimal adhesion for coatings or overlays. Using industrial grinders and dust-extraction systems, we remove contaminants and create textured profiles. This process is critical for epoxy resin applications, paint removal, or repairing damaged concrete substrates in commercial environments.

Carrcrete completed a floor for us at the end of 2017, and it looks as good today as it did when it was first finished. Not only did Dave and crew work tirelessly to produce an immaculate finish, but Dave was extremely knowledgeable and generously shared advice to help me complete a DIY polished concrete countertop. Thanks again chaps, and apologies for the very late review...

Very very dissapointed in Carrcrete.. did a site visit.. we paid nearly 3000 for polished concrete.. didnt even grind the powerfloating or foot prints out.. just buffered the concrete..What a waste of money.. the finish is no different to what the builder's did with a power float.. can still see foot prints in the concrete.. poor advice and overpriced for 8 hours work. Stay away and do your research.
They even charge additional costs if you dont pay within a certain time frame.. customer service is terrible and when you ask questions they never give a straight answer.. stay away and do your research

I have worked with Dave Carr and the team at CARRcrete Polished Concrete for 5 years now on a self employed basis and can honestly say I've never seen such high standards in workmanship or a team who take such a pride in what they do. I've been lucky enough to work on site as well as behind the scenes and have seen old and mistreated concrete turned into a feature floor through the care and expertise of all involved. Their extensive portfolio of successful work speaks for itself. The team at CARRcrete are dedicated to providing a fuss free, informative and friendly service to all their clients

We are very happy with our newly polished floor. It wasn't originally designed to be polished but Dave and his team have successfully transformed it! They were very helpful, professional and reassuring throughout the process. We would thoroughly recommend this company.
