5 star for all staff, spa staff, food and service, lovely place although our courtyard accommodation looked like the carpet needed cleaning and blue cushion on bed very badly stained but this did not spoil our stay

The service was shocking, we ordered a pamper pack for 2 and it wasn't in the room, we had to ask 3 times over 2 hours for them to sort it and that just wasted our time in the SPA. The SPA was disgusting and looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in a long time as you could see mould and grime all over the tiles in the sweat rooms. The hydropool was the best part of the SPA, again the Staff where quite abrupt in the SPA. The rooms where reasonable and the best part of the experience was the food, the food was really good. Personally I wouldn't go here again because of the cleanliness and

Lovely hotel and helpful staff , the rooms were clean and nicely furnished. I stayed for 5 days in December and used the thermal suite and swimming pool numerous times , fantastic hotel for a short break with friends and family . Breakfast choices were great and restaurant food good too , lots of choices. I would highly recommend the last drop .

Visited with the besties for Festive Afternoon Tea, gorgeous hotel just a shame it feels like it's in the middle of a posh housing estate. The food and service were excellent it wasn't super busy which during the Covid cases increase made us feel easier.

Perfect for us and managed expertly by Gerry. Dog friendly room with easy access to walk them in the countryside surroundings. The pool and gym were a welcome bonus.

Very friendly welcome when booking and checking in. All of the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Booked an overnight stay in one of the Executive Bedrooms along with a spa package. Started with lunch in the bar where the food is restaurant quality. The spa facilities are amazing. The evening meal was in the restaurant and again the food was very high quality. Lots of choice for breakfast, more excellent food and very quick and friendly service.
