Chase Podiatry & Chiropody are the largest and busiest practice in the Cannock area, with practices in Cannock and Burntwood dedicated to providing all foot care needs from simple nail cutting, hard skin and corn removal to biomechanics (foot function) and surgical options to customers throughout Cannock and the surrounding area.

All new patients will have a 30 minute appointment for assessment of medical risk in relation to foot health and history of foot condition.
Routine Chiropody

Corns and calluses on the feet can be extremely painful and are caused by excessive pressure or friction (rubbing) of the skin which changes the way skin cells grow and results in the thickening of the outer layers of the skin. Corns and calluses can be painlessly removed and advice can be given to prevent further recurrences.
Biomechanics

Podiatric biomechanics involves not only the assessment of the structure, alignment and function of the feet and legs but also the whole body. The foot is part of the complex systems of the body and is completely unique to allow us to walk upright. Through a series of complex joints and muscle function it has adapted to walk on almost any surface from rough uneven ground to flat hard smooth surfaces.
Nail Surgery

At Chase Podiatry & Chiropody, we can clear the ingrown or damaged nail using a simple and painless clinical technique. If this is not possible we can perform a partial or total nail excision with chemical matrixectomy under local anaesthetic. Antibiotics can be provided from stock or by private prescription.
