Basically an "M-check" is performed. Wheels are checked for trueness and for play in the bearings; the tyre condition is also noted. The cockpit area is checked over for loose bolts/bars or headset. The chain is checked for wear, and an inspection of the rest of the drive-train is made. Saddle and seat post security is checked.
Bike Servicing

To keep your bike in a good, safe, working condition, it should be checked/serviced every 12 months - even more frequently if it is used on a very regular basis. By having a regular check up, we'll identify and correct issues before they become more serious and expensive. I'll give your bike a thorough once over, checking the brakes, gears and tyres for wear and damage - so you can have peace of mind that your bike will ride smoothly and safely.

Prices exclude parts unless specified. Please note BikeSparx does not sell parts; we will source parts as part of a repair or service if necessary, but this is not a bike shop. BikeSparx offers cycle repairs in addition to servicing. Most can be turned around in a single day, and best of all, you don't have to take your bike anywhere.
Assembly

Unlike a high street retailer, BikeSparx doesn't have time targets so more care and attention can be taken over your box bike build. From simply removing the staples in the box to prevent the frame getting scratched when it's taken out, to its handover where any adjustments can be made for comfort, saddle height, fore/aft, handlebar height/reach.
Mobile Services

BikeSparx offers a mobile service within a 10KM radius of DE7 where our basic check and tune can be undertaken at your home or place of work with no call-out charges or hidden fees. On inspection, should your bike require further work, it'll be taken to our workshop where we'll endeavour to get it back to you the same day or within 24 hours.
