We have used this company in the past to replace some misted windows. When we had problems getting our bathroom windows fitted Rob came and gave us an exceptionally good quote to put them in. We were given a firm date and Rob came today as promised. We are so pleased with his professionalism and helpfulness. He was friendly, efficient and tidy so we would not hesitate to recommend to others. In fact we have asked Rob & Tom to return to do other work next year.

Tom has just quickly and efficiently fixed a problem we've had with our door since the day it was fitted. I can't rate his professionalism and workmanship more highly. I only wish I'd have sorted this problem earlier. Thank you Tom/Window & Door Surgeon

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Absolutely happy with the service. No issues whatsoever. They were professional, kind and polite. Communication was always quick and I received same day responses. I hired Window and Door Surgeon as I needed my front window glass removed and some sofas to be delivered and fitted through the window. The window glass was removed and fitted within a couple hours. They went above and beyond to help me with moving the sofas through the window also which they didnt have to do (sofa company let me down). Such a genuine, honest and hardworking company.

I had a problem with my now old tilt and slide patio door. Rob sorted out no problem, he did not try and go for the easy option and say you need a new patio door. Great communication really professional fair price for the work done, I will recommend to other people about this window and door company.

Don't really leave reviews much but the service I received from Rob deserves a mention. From start to finish the job was completed quickly and of the highest quality. We had brand new glass panels fitted to replace scratched ones from a previous installer. Top professional and very friendly. Would highly recommend and will definitely not hesitate to use yours services again should we need to.
