Martin was called out to deal with a snapped key in my cars ignition barrel. Martin arrived ontime and was very professional. What I thought was gonna be an easy job turned out to be the exact opposite. Martin ended up taking out the barrel and putting everything back together again. Would definitely recommend Martin.

Thought I had locked myself out of my van, rang them up and got loads of help which enabled me to get my remote key charged up and to unlock with the spare key (Ford manual misleading) I then got them to come round today and programme a second remote key. Very friendly, and I must stress Honest service, he actually talked me out of a new battery for original key when he could have installed it as I originally planned.

I called Martin to fix a broken window lock and to ask his advice on a loose front door handle. He was quick to respond, very efficient and gave great advice. He gave me several options for fixing the front door and, to his credit, advised me to go with the cheaper option as that, according to Martin, was all that was necessary to secure the door. He said it should last a long time and that if there were any problems, he was just a phone call away. I also asked his advise on key safes and, as a result, he installed one for me. It was my first experience with Martin and I was more than impressed
