When I booked my outbound journey, the operator couldn't get me off the phone quickly enough. When I told them my place was quite hard to find I was cut off and told their taxis know the area very well. The taxi driver then couldn't find my place and got grumpy at me for it (although he did lighten up once we started moving). When I booked my return, both the operator and the taxi driver were grumpy. Will book with a different firm next time.

Worst service i have ever had.
Quoted a price from office to the airport - and the driver overcharged me nearly double the price because i had my check inn and my hand luggage with me??? And we was Two passengers?
When we asked him why-he replied to us - ''If you like it or not,this is my price,next time take black taxi on the street if you don't want to pay and you will see you will end up paying double'' .
Unfortunately we did not have much time for arguments as our flight was in 1 hour and we ended up getting ripped off by him.
We could not contacted with office to ask them for comment as

I had liked the cab service and thought it was one of the best as they were always available, on time and prices are good. However, my latest encounter has been my worse and i was very disappointed. The cab driver had swore at me and when i had tried to inform the service about the incident and my concern they were very rude and abrupt .
