You would think a company that markets itself on convenience, would be concerned about getting it right & having a semblance of customer service etiquette. No such luck! I have attached the interactions & pictures of the damage it needs to be seen to be believed!
I put in 2 coats that were fairly new 4 & 6 months and barely worn. It was for the same day service & they were certainly prompt. Upon inspection, both coats were completely damaged! Imagine someone taking a steel scorer to your fine wool coats, scratching,

First time using was ok but they lost the hoodie string to my 300£ hoodie and even when i reached out I was ignored. I decided to give it one more chance for my partners work shirts and one of my designer shirts. Firstly, the pick up guys come with no bag for the clothes and on the phone. Very unprofessional and my shirt never came back! I also never found the clothes to never be that clean. After a few hundred pounds spent with them , we won't be using this service again.

The price list said £20.50 Puffa Jacket - Dry Clean - bare in mind they do not even let you list what item you are sending when booking. Charged me £52 without any approval apparently just because my jacket is branded - at least this is what I have been told a day after when questioned why I have been overcharged. Attaching photos of my jacket after dry clean, also with missing belt and 3 hrs late. DO NOT USE THEM!

I can’t explain just how impressed i am with this company! My feather duvet was beyond stained- they picked it within an hour, and returned it spot on time. i even changed my drop off time without hassle. The duvet, as if it’s new! they even fixed a little hole that needed stitching. I’m BEYOND impressed.

Used them only twice for wash and iron service and the second time round our Designers Guild bedsheets came back with pen marks on them and holes in one of the duvets and smelly weird powder inside the pillowcases. I've still not had a response about this after 5 days of sending a complaint. Needless to say will not be using them again.

I was quite excited about the service as its so convenient that they pick it up and drop it off. The fact that i could get it within 48 hours was a bonus.
While the cloths were with them, i received 3 receipts.. 2 that had nothing to do with me but they managed mix up items/receipts twice 😱
Repeatedly mentioned it only needed pressing but the receipt was sent to me with wash and dry 👀
When it arrived had a look at the dresses, didnt feel like they were pressed properly. There were still quite a few creases. And all i asked was for it to be pressed ☹️

I was searching for a local place to launder / dry-clean my winter bedding, King Sized Fur blanket, velvet comforter, and white blazer , My search was over when I found this app based service. The rates were great, the pickup and delivery dates/times were on point and the results were fantastic ! This is honestly the worst dry cleaning service I’ve ever got in London! Do not trust them with your clothes! One of my dress was sent to them to get dry cleaned! And they rip apart two of my buttons on my sleeves, and instead of informing me! Or at least sew it back to my sleeves! They just attached it on one of the tags on my dress! And the other button is now still missing!!!

Just got my shirts today and can definitely tell this was the last time I used IHO. Sent 14 shirts for press only, as usual, none of them looks like it was touched, or maybe all were thrown together on a press and pressed all together...shocking. The policy to collect and correct mistake is useless, it is Saturday, need shirts for Monday morning

Since I have no laundry at my apt. in Harlem, I use local wash & fold service, and the one a block away I used for years sadly closed for good in the spring.
With lockdown earlier in the year, I also wanted pickup up, to limit my trips out in public due to Covid. I searched around a bit and discovered I Hate Ironing and couldn't be more pleased, it's actually an upgrade!
Pick up and drop off are always punctual, and my clothes return beautifully washed and folded, surely better than I could ever do if I tried!
Humorously, I have not taken advantage of their ironing - being out

Easiest and most reliable laundry service in NYC! While I was confused at first on their site and app as they are a UK based company, they also operate in NYC.
