Stained my Hugo boss Suit and did not clean it well. Asked for a refund and the Old man working there started cussing me out saying that complaining wont lead me no where. RUDE PEOPLE. Never again.

The gentleman who took in my red wine stained top and chocolate stained trousers returned them in pristine condition....no hint of either remained!!!
