What are your opening hours?
We're open Tuesday 9am-8pm, Wednesday 9am-8pm, Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 8:30am-6pm, and Saturday 8:30am-4pm. Closed Sundays and Mondays.
Do you accept credit card payments?
We accept all major credit cards except American Express, plus Beauty Centre gift vouchers for treatments and products.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less notice may incur a charge to cover lost scheduling opportunities.
Are your therapists qualified?
All our therapists hold professional beauty qualifications with specialisations in specific treatments, including Clarins certification for skincare specialists.
