Paul and his team fitted 3 High res security cameras on our home along with some up/down lighters for our garage. The quote and explanation of what would suit our needs best was all really well explained to us and simple. The install was flawless and professional and the finished look is brilliant. The cameras are amazing quality really impressed. The service continued after install once we got used to the camera set up and what worked for the house they tweaked any specific setup we requested with no problems at all ensuring we had the set up we wanted and that any thing we needed help with they

Me and my partner just bought our 1st house and was recommended tap security. After reading there reviews on Facebook. I called and asked about services and prices. The manager was more then happy to quote me a price and gave me all the information i needed. He came across as friendly and informative which made me book an installation. The man that came to my house, was polite, clean and friendly. Was a pleasure to have in my home. I felt very safe in regards to covid.. the work done was a very high standard and would be more then happy to call them if I ever needed and happy to have more work

Installation went smoothly and engineers were friendly. Alarm worked fine for 1 year but as soon as warranty was up it now goes off 2-3 times every day with a tamper fault/error. After paying over 600 13 months ago the company now want another 130 just to look at the alarm. Rather than fix the issue the managing director proceeded to be cocky over the phone.

Great people to work with, professional and competent. Efficient and on point, with clear explanations, and very transparent - very helpful all around! They went out of their way to accommodate our setup which was left over by a previous disappointing supplier. Not only they made a success of it, but they offered a support scheme where we know we can rely on them when needed. Being one for long term business relationships, this mattered a lot! Can't recommend enough!

Had a home alarm system fitted today. Cannot fault these guys. From responding quickly to an email enquiry, making an appointment to visit and demonstrate the system, without trying to unnecessarily upsell, and giving options for installation dates this was so easy. The installer was highly professional, informative, neat and very tidy. I would thoroughly recommend these guys. Much cheaper than others but a reason why! Simply better.
