This is the third purchase of rugs from olney rugs and each purchase has been exactly what we were looking for. The descriptions and pictures really help when ordering online. Delivery was as said on the website and even arranged around an hour slot where noone was home.

Was unsure about buying 2 runners online. Called Olney Rugs - very helpful and efficient service - rugs ordered 3pm and arrived by 10am next day - rugs accurately met the descriptions and colours described over the phone - look fabulous - great service - highly recommended

We recently found Olney rugs using an internet search as we wanted to reduce in size a lovely Gabbeh rug we have. From the outset Chris was polite and responsive in emails and clearly very knowledgeable. The rug was sent to them, cleaned, dried (I say this as the rug is very thick wool and we had it professionally cleaned some years ago and it was damp for months, then started to smell) reduced in size and shipped back to us. It now fits in its new home (and it actually smells lovely!) Its good knowing we could up cycle something rather than buying new. It probably cost us the same money
