Jenni has been working behind the scenes since 2013. Although being Suzanne's Daughter she has lived and breathed Spectrum since we started in 1988! Jenni runs our social media pages on Facebook and Instagram, posting jobs and content and responding to all job applications and enquiries. So if you have a funny recruitment story - she'd love to hear from you!

We love to hear from our Clients and Candidates so why not drop her a line? We can't persuade Kim to have her photo on our Website so we have dug deep in to our Archives! She's worked with Spectrum many times over many years! She has seen many industry changes over the last 33 years. She enjoys meeting our Candidates face to face in our branches to check employment rights and keeping us in check!

Green Policy Report

Here at Spectrum we love the outdoors and as a company feel we have a responsibility to put a little bit back into the community. We're delighted to partner with the Forest of Marston Vale and for every candidate we place, a tree is planted in the Forest. As well as a nice thing to do, we like to think it symbolises new beginnings and the growth possible from a new position.
