Phew! Thank goodness I rang this morning and had the 'pleasure' of speaking to Mark. I only rang to enquire about an advertised dog walking position and after being shouted at down the phone for ringing their direct number, I was hang up on. I understand you have a third party dealing with applications but if you have people interested in coming to work for you, the least you can do is to be polite. If this is how you treat your staff then I am lucky I won't be part of it.

I see this company regularly when I am out walking. Handlers stood around having coffee not playing/walking with dogs or stimulating them. Huge group of dogs in a small enclosed very muddy field with poo not being picked up. Certainly wouldnt want to leave my dog with them.

I'd give them 10 stars if I could! After a very bad start with another local walker (at least once he never turned up) Mark and his team have taken on Eddie and he's having such a wonderful time now. He's often getting more than his hour, he's fully exercised, happy and now losing weight again. I think he rather loves Ellie!! Excellent service and I'd recommend them all day long.

Mark and the team are fantastic! They pick Bowie up every day from my house and drop him home again like clockwork. Bowie gets so excited when he gets picked up, as he must have so much fun at daycare! The team are so flexible, and have even offered to look after Bowie for a little longer on the odd occasion that I wont be home until late due to work commitments. Highly recommended!
