I work with Axon Cabinets Ltd and we have been using radius for a few months now. I would describe radius logistics as superlative; as a logistics company, as a service provider, they are of the highest kind, quality, and order, supreme. They operate like a large company (i.e., they've never said they didn't have a truck for me) but their customer service I like a small company (i.e., they make us feel like we are their only customer)

Our small family business has had generally positive experiences with Radius. We've used them on a three occasions and, on all but one, they have delivered as expected - on time and with hassle free customer service. However, during our last delivery it seems there was a miscommunication between Radius and its shipper. Our equipment didn't arrive when promised and little assistance was provided by Radius when we brought this to their attention. Radius is my go to for freight shipping. The rates are great, customer service is excellent and they are willing to go the extra step to make sure our customers product arrives on time and in the condition it left us in. Radius contacts our customers to make sure that all their needs have been met and there are no surprises on delivery like scheduled times, gates or tailgate lifts which mean no unexpected costs to us.
