The experience was absolutely disappointing. The staff were rude and unprofessional. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and the result was not what I wanted as it was rushed and not thought through. Also as I booked in for another service the staff did not even bother checking in with me and treated me as if I wasn't even there. Definitely first and last time I would come.
