Bradley Physio
We offer a comprehensive range of treatments for a wide variety of injuries and conditions. Physiotherapy helps reduce pain, restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. Sometimes called Spinal Manipulative Therapy, Spinal Mobilisation Techniques are hands-on passive oscillatory movements of the bones of the spine (the vertebra).

This specialised branch of physiotherapy deals with injuries specifically related to sport. Acupuncture is derived from ancient Chinese medicine. Fine needles are inserted at specific points around the body to relieve pain and stimulate the healing process. Pilates is a balanced blend of low impact strength and flexibility exercises that improve posture, increase flexibility and core strength.

Physiotherapy
Report
Physiotherapy helps reduce pain, restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. Physiotherapists help people affected by injury, illness or disability through movement and exercise, manual therapy, education and advice. They maintain health for people of all ages, helping patients to manage pain and prevent disease.
Spinal Manipulation & Mobilisation
Report
Sometimes called Spinal Manipulative Therapy, Spinal Mobilisation Techniques are hands-on passive oscillatory movements of the bones of the spine (the vertebrae). They create movement of the joint surfaces and can also gap the joints themselves. The goal is to increase movement of the spinal segments and relieve pressure on pain inducing structures around the spine (nerve roots, intervertebral discs, ligaments).
Sports Physiotherapy
Report
Sports people will often put high demands on their bodies to attain the high level of performance they strive for. This causes stress on the bones, joints and muscles and on occasions injury will occur. With quick clinical diagnosis, appropriate and effective treatment, rehabilitation and most importantly prevention of recurrence you will return to your desired sport as quickly as possible.
