Steve and the team at Property Ladder Devon were overall very helpful efficient and professional in the way they assisted in our purchase. Always available to answer queries, always returned calls same day and helped in chasing solicitors. Steve even went the extra mile in providing important information on our new property like condition of house when previous owners vacated and services.

What can we say about Steve, Alfie ,Chelsea and the team that hasnt already been said. They were professional from start to finish. Our home was priced in the right bracket sale board was put up straight away and our home was sold in a week. All viewing done by them and all appointments were confirmed. We brought our new home through them also and nothing was to much trouble. Even now everything is completed we can still ring for information builders , plumbers gardeners as Steve has a vast knowledge of who is good and reliable.
