CNC Machining
Our CNC machining services utilise 3-5 axis systems for high-speed routing, milling, and turning of thermoplastics and thermosets. Capabilities include tight-tolerance manifolds, clear fluidic housings, and precision stents with surface finishes down to 0.8m Ra. We work with materials like Ultem, PEEK, and PTFE for aerospace, medical, and industrial applications.
3D Printing
Industrial additive manufacturing includes HP Multi Jet Fusion, PolyJet multi-material printing, and micro DLP systems with 2m resolution. Ideal for rapid prototyping and low-volume production of complex geometries in biocompatible, high-temperature, or optical-clear resins. Supports sectors requiring microfluidic chips, MEMS components, and functional prototypes.
Plastic Fabrication
Specialist plastic fabrication techniques encompass diffusion bonding, laser welding, and UV printing. We produce custom enclosures, fluidic manifolds, and optically clear components using thermoplastics like COC and acrylic. Processes include chemical-resistant bonding for medical devices and precision forming for aerospace components.
Microfluidics
