I am writing to report my dissatisfaction with the way I was treated by one of the employees at Coombe Coachworks two days ago when I went to take my car to inspect the previous service that was done on it. This man, who i dont know the name unfortunately, because of the circumstances I could not take a note of his name, but the garage manager already knows what happened and who it was, he didn't let me explain the problem I have in my car and he was soon accusing me of have hit my car after it been repaired or someone else, stating that they would not do the job because it was my fault.
