About Us
Report
The business was set up by Deborah following more than 20 years' personal experience of looking after her own and other people's animals from stick insects, dogs and cats to goats! She has also been an RSPCA volunteer, a farm assistant, has studied Animal Behaviour and have worked for a wildlife rehabilitation centre.
Dogs
Report
It is important that puppies are introduced early on to other friendly dogs and animals as well as different environments and people. We can work out a socialisation programme with you and help with toilet training and other training needs too. Puppies need to have had their first set of vaccinations before mixing with other dogs, but pre-vaccination visits in your own home can be arranged.
Small Animals
Report
Animals in cages, tanks and hutches, birds and other small pets are often happy to be left in their own surroundings while you are out or away, but they still require regular feeding, water changes, cleaning out, exercise (either safely indoors or outside in a run), and handling and stroking where appropriate.
Poultry
Report
Chickens and ducks make entertaining pets but it can be difficult to ask busy friends, family or neighbours to look after them while you are out or away. Sometimes people lack the experience, confidence or knowledge to ensure your birds get the best care when you are away, despite the best intentions.
