At such a difficult time you need to trust the other agencies involved. Adams and Duncan were perfect. From explaining the process of registering a death, the death certificate and taking care of other things like flowers, newspapers, transport, Cameron from A & D could not have been better. Throughout he showed empathy, compassion and sensitivity. I chose them due to reviews and also the fact they were independent and there was definitely a very personal feel about everything. It's not the nicest of times but I would recommend Adams and Duncan without reserve. I felt thoroughly supported throughout

They went above and beyond to help accommodate our wishes. It was wonderful being able to rely on them during a very difficult time. Im so glad we chose Adams & Duncan, we were helped at every stage, given choices and information to make our decisions. We were spoken to at all times with sensitivity and care. The costs were explained carefully and there were no surprises.

When I lost my parents, Adams & Duncan (in particular Cameron Duncan) could not have been any more helpful. Professional, caring and sensitive. Assisted me with all the paperwork, guiding me to the appropriate people who had to be informed and how to go about it. Both funerals were tailored to what my parents were like as people so we could remember them as they were. I could not recommend this Funeral Director enough, if I unfortunately need an undertaker again Adams & Duncan will be my first call
