As new young man wears hoody and have no manner at all dealing with me. No hello, thank you or bye. I felt like someone were forcing him into this job. Bad, very bad. I feel depressed after meeting with this guy. I can't believe that there is such a terrible customer service in a pharmacy!

Staff were very unprofessional when I asked for a specific womens health medication over the counter. They made me repeat the medication several times in front of the rest of the customers even though I speak english fluently as my first language and was very clear in my pronunciation. They made the experience unnecessarily uncomfortable. The pharmacist also laughed as I requested it. As a fellow healthcare professional, I was shocked by how unprofessional everyone's behaviour was.

They use left over medicines donated by others with no clear expiry date. Their excuse is to help NHS! It's not true.... I will try to avoid them as much as I can... They don't deserve even one star.

This is my local chemist and I been going here for a long time I have to say that the staff are amazing there go 100% to help like a few days ago myself and my husband
Have got the virus I rung them to get my husband tablets delivered to us there did but there ask how we were and hope we be well soon
