After a hip operation my Mum suffered a further fall whilst under glenfields care which I believe led to her passing. The governments covid rules did not help but leaving mum in isolation was an accident waiting to happen, I assumed she was in safe hands but apparently the physiotherapist said it was ok to leave mum isolated in a chair on a solid floor. Im not even sure if the physio has been informed all I know is our mum(Joan) is no more, rest in peace mum x

Were do I start.... I'm an agency working and had a 12hr shift at glenfield. Very friendly staff greeted me at the door
I had a walk around the home and was introduced to residents which made me feel welcomed. I was told glenfield was a family run home by a lady called Laura, I didn't meet this lady but by seeing the home, bedrooms, care staff and cooks I just knew this was an exceptional care home. Every residents was asked or helped with care, all the beds were made and rooms were tidied around. We assisted most of the residents to the dining table some requested to stay in there rooms for
