Booked with J&B but our coach was 3 hours late. The company hadnt even sorted us out a coach and driver. The trip was only 45 minutes and driver went wrong way along county roads. Didnt even go on the motorway when we should of done. Bus also got unbearably warm as we were on top of the engine at the back.

DO NOT USE. No customer service, no toilet stops even though adults and kids were busting. If you questioned the driver you got accused of harassment and causing a scene. Left a family stranded in London because the driver made a load of lies up. Wouldn't leave 1 star. Stay away from them

Would give no stars if it was possible. The worst customer service I have ever witnessed in over 50 years of travel. The driver had absolutely no people skills whatsoever, in fact the way she treated the passengers was boarding on cruel. Avoid using this company at all costs, I would walk rather than travel with them.

I received 5 star excellent customer service from Terrie and management after I forgot my suitcase on their coach recently. They took care of my suitcase and sent it back to me. I didn't think this sort of personal care and professionalism still existed nowadays but thanks for giving me hope!
