House Clearance
Our comprehensive house clearance service handles complete property emptying with care and efficiency. We remove all items including furniture, appliances, and hazardous waste while respecting client needs. Our three-person teams typically complete two-bedroom houses within a day using single van loads. We provide free no-obligation quotes based on property size, access requirements, and specific disposal needs.
Verminous Clearance
Specialist verminous property clearance addresses severe infestations involving decaying matter and biohazards. Our trained staff safely remove contaminated materials including animal/human waste, dead animals, and drug paraphernalia. We follow strict health and safety protocols to ensure safe disposal while maintaining client confidentiality through unmarked vehicles and discreet handling of personal possessions.
Hoarders Clearance
Tailored hoarders clearance service helps clients reclaim overwhelmed living spaces. Our empathetic team works carefully through accumulated items, distinguishing valuable possessions from waste. We offer flexible scheduling and provide ongoing support for complex cases. All clearances include responsible disposal through recycling, donation, or appropriate waste management channels.
Trauma Clearance
Sensitive trauma clearance service handles properties affected by unattended deaths or serious incidents. Our specialist teams remove blood-soaked materials and biohazards while preserving important documents. We offer free document rescue services to help settle estates. All trauma-related waste is disposed of following strict health and safety regulations by trained personnel.
Charity Donations
Our charity donation program diverts reusable items from landfills by donating to local causes. We collect furniture, appliances, and household goods for shelters, churches, and housing associations. Clients may specify preferred charities, and we provide documentation for donated items. Non-donatable materials are responsibly recycled through Environment Agency-licensed facilities.

I recently got in touch with RWR for a house clearance and they came within days with a good explanation of cost and how they worked. Turned up early in the morning and they were finished within hours. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.
