We are a family run business which has been established for over 30 years, renowned for excellent food and extensive choice menu, including special & vegetarian diets. In 2014 we maintained a 5 star food hygiene rating from the Isle of Wight Council Environmental Health Department of which we are extremely proud; we also have a residential license for alcoholic drinks to be served with meals.
Our guest house is situated on the famous Cliff Path which overlooks the bay; it is an ideal location for a quiet and relaxing holiday. We are just 5 minutes from Lake's safe sandy beaches, and within easy reach of both the towns of Sandown and Shanklin; we are close to all amenities, shops, leisure centre and all travel routes.

Once again, we will not be serving an evening meal on a Tuesday; therefore the weekly Half Board price represents 6 nights at Half Board and 1 night at B&B, so please take this into consideration when planning your visit. We will continue to operate within the government guidlines this year and look forward to welcoming new bookings.

Piers-View is situated on the famous Cliff Path in Lake which is located between the towns of Sandown and Shanklin on the Isle of Wight. We have 10 bedrooms, 2 single rooms, 5 double rooms 2 twin/treble rooms and 1 family room all with en-suite facilities. We also have a standard single room which has a toilet and wash hand basin and access to a bathroom.
