Excellent Service. Ordered the wrong cable which had to be made up specially. Once I informed ES they accepted a refund and sent the right cable out the same day. Very responsive to phonecalls and emails. Would highly recommend.

At the same time as being told, we cant do this, cant do that, no staff, cant keep up, we want paying up front and we cant deliver because of transport issues, Essential Supplies rather took an order on Friday and delivered it on Monday. No fuss, no bother, just an excellent service, thank you.

.I have just purchased some urgently needed electrical equipment from this company and paid for a pre 10.30am delivery. The next morning I received a message from the courier to say we wouldn't be getting the items delivered that day. Before I had a chance to get in touch with "Essential Supplies" they called me to say there was a problem and they would sort it. They managed to source the goods from other companies local to us at their expense and get them all delivered to us that same day whilst keeping us updated. I'm absolutely gobsmacked by the service they provided. I don't think I have ever
