The worst customer service I have ever experienced and their arrogance is mind-blowing. This is the first review I've ever made but I feel I have to warn others. we ordered our duresta sofa on the 8th May this year and we were told we could receive delivery in 12 weeks (31st July) as they were built in England. it was a very very expensive purchase but we really liked the sofa, I received a call on 9th August to ask what colour piping we wanted, I was amazed, I thought it was the call to arrange the delivery, surely a question like that would have been asked by duresta when they received the order
