Beam and Block
Our beam and block flooring system combines reinforced concrete T-beams with infill blocks to create durable, sound-insulated floors. This solution offers excellent fire resistance and thermal performance while accommodating sloping ground conditions. Ideal for residential properties, it provides a stable platform that won't creak or bounce during construction.
Hollowcore Planks
Manufactured in 150mm and 215mm depths, our hollowcore planks span up to 9.8 meters while maintaining structural integrity. These prestressed concrete units provide superior fire protection, sound insulation, and thermal efficiency. Their preformed service holes enable easy installation of utilities, making them ideal for commercial buildings and multi-residential developments.
Precast Stairs
Custom-designed precast concrete stairs offer durable, non-creaking solutions for both residential and commercial applications. Our made-to-measure units include cast-in lifting eyes for safe installation and can be configured for multiple flights and landings. They provide enhanced fire protection and can support increased commercial load requirements.
eFloor Plus
This innovative system uses prestressed concrete T-beams with EPS infill panels for superior thermal efficiency. The closed-cell expanded top layer improves insulation while maintaining structural strength. eFloor Plus offers 20% cost savings compared to traditional systems, making it ideal for modern energy-efficient construction projects.
LocBlox Blocks

Great service, easy process, great product, highly recommended!! We have completed one property and are now working on the second using beams supplied by Floorspan. During the first build we made some design changes which affected the beam layout and Jill Artis was a great support throughout reviewing the changes, amending the design and providing the technical advice and direction to help us move forwards. Communication has been truly outstanding throughout. For the second build we have made further changes and again Jill has been a big help in coordinating the beams already produced and identifying

Another year of amazing service and great product!
Floorspan are such a great company to deal with - nothing is ever too much and they are always happy to help. From the designers, sales team and the delivery drives - we never have a problem. I don't know what I'd do without Clare Burton, she keeps me informed throughout the process, speaks to my customers when needed and always helps me out, nothing is too big or too small.

Brilliant, accurate design to within 5mm. Everyone so helpful, the delivery driver couldn't do enough for us by placing the beams exactly where we needed them. We look forward to working with you again during this project!
