There was an added warmth at the vets this visit. Louise was genuinely interested and obviously loves all animals - she is lovely to deal with. A warm welcome, a genuine interest in your pet and an efficient review and treatment plan. All done with a smile, a ton of feedback, and obviously a whole lot of veterinary knowledge.

In these distressing situations, we are here to provide the best possible care and attention as quickly as possible. If you have an emergency during our opening hours, please do take a moment to call the surgery first.

A trip to the vets is something which needs to be routine for your pet, and we go to great lengths to ensure our animal visitors are put at ease every time they come to see us. We're pleased to say plenty of them enjoy their visits and many dogs even pull their owners in through the doors. The key to our pet-friendly approach is that we have 15 minute appointments as standard.

So if you're planning an angling or scuba adventure to this part of the world, and are planning on taking your own kit, bear in mind that you are required to have it disinfected and certified beforehand.
