Emphasis is placed on ensuring the residents receive understanding and compassionate nursing care, whilst maintaining a climate in which personal dignity is respected at all times. The care home is managed by the Nurse Manager, who is a registered and experienced nurse and is supported by a team of qualified nurses and care assistants.

Our primary goal is to help individuals maintain a familiar lifestyle in the comfort of home. The physical environment of Reflections is designed to remove challenges to inspire confidence. We offer residents freedom to move about with confidence in a familiar, recognizable environment. Residents are encouraged to move about, visit neighbors and enjoy the comfort and stimulation.
Hairdressing, chiropodist, physiotherapist, optician and dental service are also available from independent contractors at reasonable rates. Pinelodge care home will arrange for the service user to have access to these services: the contractors will stake their costs and terms of business directly to the service user.
A list of current staff and their qualifications is available upon request. In addition to the staffing levels shown the manager of the home works 40 hours a week, most of which should be in addition to the levels displayed. In certain circumstances the manager may be included within the staffing levels described.
