Stayed in a single room inside it was old fashioned and dirty looking dust on the skirting boards and cobwebs with dead spiders in very basic very small room stains on the carpet a hole in the bathroom carpet covered by a mat paint. Work needs refreshing. And update the curtains new flooring wouldnt cost much. The noise from my neighbors and having the kitchen underneath my room was awful I heard everything didnt sleep well at all owners were not very friendly towards me I would never stay their again its the worse room iv stayed in I went on the great reviews but was disappointed to say

Brilliant location,just a short walk to the seafront. Very friendly and welcoming. The room had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Definitely recommend. A big thank you for making our stay very pleasant.

Fabulous stay, Annie and her team couldn't do enough for us. Very clean, offroad parking. Really close to Clock Tower. Would definately return and recommend to anyone.
