We stayed at 5 Waves. This stunning property is well equipped with everything youll need for a holiday and is superbly placed in Perranporth. The only caveat to that is to remember this is a reverse level house (view is spectacular) and if you have moving babies or toddlers, you need to take your own stair gate for the top of the stairs in the lounge which you cannot hire. Having said that, we had inquired ahead so was a completely minor point. We had a couple of issues whilst there and the Duchy team resolved them in their usual friendly and expedient manner. Nothing is too much of a problem

I enjoyed another lovely autumn break in Conifers last week. My family and I have been customers of Duchy Holidays for many years now and their service has always been friendly and helpful. The property is always clean and tidy on arrival and security deposit returned in very good time afterwards. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Thanks again.

Stayed at Blue Seas. Lovely annex. Spotlessly clean. Newly refurbished. Well equipped with all you need, including cleaning items and fluffy bath towels. Great location. Lovely 5 mins walk down hill to the town centre. Owner was very responsive and was able to come immediately to resolve a small issue. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect, the location of the cottage ,Perranporth beach, Pubs, restaurants, cafes, The incredible scenery and multitude of varying walks. Horse riding facilities, surfing school, where you can hire equipment alone or have lessons. There are sightseeing flights in a small plane from Perranporth airfield. We go each year to the same property which is great, could not ask for more, I am loath to name the location as it may be difficult for us to book it! Oh well, if you insist; Perranporth Villa No.1, The Gounce. Duchy Holidays make it very easy to book and pay and are most helpful

We stayed in beach walk 2 for a week. It was lovely, so close to all the amenities and had a lovely view of the beach from the windows. It had everything you needed, bed was very comfortable and shower was excellent too. Will definitely be returning soon. Another fantastic property from Duchy Holidays

Property called the View in Perranporth. Great location and wonderful views from the house. Very well equipped and very clean property. Had a great week with our family. Watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight. Only problem we found was the bedrooms were very hot in the night and because the main windows was the patio doors, could not leave them open, which some nights made it uncomfortable to sleep. Maybe some air conditioning in the bedrooms might help. This was the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Still would recommend this property though.
