I am Daniel and I just like to give you a little bit of background to tell you how I came to form my Property Clearance business. Then I will go on to tell you a bit more about what we do and how we do it. Back in 1998, my parents had the unfortunate task of having to have my Grandma's house cleared and sold.
Property Clearance

Property Clearance is our basic business - we changed our name from House to Property Clearance because we cover such a wide range and don't limit ourselves just to houses. We'll clear just about any type of property, including hotels, shops, warehouses, car parks and even campsites. Just give me a ring to have a chat about it and, if you want me to, I'll pop over and give you a free quotation without any obligation at all.
House Clearance

Because every house is so different, I'll almost always have to call and see it to be able to give you a firm quotation. If you can't be there, I can pick up a key and we can chat about what you want by phone later. It will be done to your exact requirements. Carpets and curtains are often left in place; cookers and washers, if to go, are disconnected by specialists.
Flat Clearance

The many flats we've cleared, mostly for landlords, have been quite challenging at times! Sometimes they are in tower blocks, where it does make life easier if there's a reasonably sized lift. The worst ones are usually those with multiple occupancy, commonly a group of students, where no single person is responsible for keeping it tidy.
Attic Clearance

We do quite a lot of attic clearances as a matter of course. Don't worry if there is no light up there, if the access ladder is broken or missing, or if the floor's not properly boarded. Or even if no one's been up there for many, many years and it's rather an unknown space.
