During Lockdown we have had precious time with my most cherished people-my children and husband. As we have spent a large proportion of the time in the kitchen preparing meals (21 meals a day), we realised that we needed to expand our weekly and daily repertoire of what we make to eat. My greatest joy is to be able to book meals with my boys and daughter in law.

Dr Greenwall has written several textbooks and teaches on the subject in the UK and internationally. There are many causes of tooth discolouration, yellowing teeth is often associated to aging, diet, some foods and drinks cause staining.
