Access to 70 acres of private woodland with walking trails, wild swimming lake, and recreational facilities. Guests enjoy croquet, archery, and seasonal activities like trout fishing. The spring-fed lake offers boating and swimming (for adults).

Had a wonderful stay this week. The cottage decor and attention to detail in each room is really good. The views around into the farm, lake and beyond of the hills are fantastic. We will.definitely return! Also the location is a perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds with it's charm and historic villages.

Heath Farm is fantastic, my husband and I stayed for 3 nights and had the most relaxing time. We stayed in Walnut cottage which has a private garden with hot tub and swing. The kitchen is fully stocked and there's a smart TV. The place and grounds are relaxing and beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed in the Hazelnut cottage and it was the perfect romantic weekend getaway. Everything about the property was exceptional. Would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Came here about 10 years ago and still looks just as good with the added bonus for Walnut and Cobnut which now have hot tubs. Emaculatly cleaned throughout before you arrive. We had a private chef on Monday called Rebecca Barret..absolutely brilliant food and service. Five stars for her. Central for Oxford Chipping Norton and Stratford
