W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out.

Very professional, friendly service. This is the second time we have sold a home through W Welch. We felt we had such good service the first time that we were happy to use them again and didn't even bother getting any other valuations. We particularly like that it's a local family run business. You have a dedicated member of staff as a point of contact so you dont have to keep dealing with different people and they have make sure they have extensive knowledge of your property. Open house was well organised and efficiently dealt with, especially considering the lock down procedures. Would definitely

Purchased a property and converted my sale to a Buy To Let using a range of services from W Welch Estate Agents during the pandemic. Very professional service, good communication, attentive and expert negotiation/deal maker.
Held a chain together through to completion despite many Covid related challeges including my buyer pulling out, solicitors furloughing without warning, maintaining a complex chain through negotiation and supporting a novel buy to let bridging solution. Would definately recommend or use again.
