After unfortunately having my vehicle stolen with the keys to my house inside, I needed my door locks changed for peace of mind and to ensure my property was safe and secure. I gave Tom a call and explained the situation. He was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. He kindly came out late evening as a result of my working hours, even though I said I would wait until the following day. Tom really went out of his way to ensure I had immediate peace of mind that my house was secure, even though it meant him working until very late in the evening. My son left the keys in my car (mercedes) and the car locked it's self , I phoned Tom and he was with me in half hour. Tom used his skills to pick the lock and had the door open in less than a minute (probably less than 30 seconds). Tom was very friendly and very professional and I was very happy with the service.I would highly recommend him.
