Home Farm has been the home of the Pibworth family since the 1950s. Garry and Ruth made the decision to convert the old farm buildings which had formerly been used to house animals on the farm. The farm had been purely arable for quite a long period and the buildings were falling into disrepair. Tinwick - as a 3 bedroom apartment was completed 2 years later.
Some years later Barn End was created in the barn adjoining the farmhouse. Originally this was for a B&B enterprise but is at the moment used as a 2 bedroom apartment.

To make your stay even more enjoyable you may wish to add some extras to your stay, Hot Tubs are now available to hire (subject to availability as these are bought in from a third party) in some apartments (The Stables and Tinwick) and there are also BBQ Boxes and more luxury hampers available to order.
Wellcroft – 1 Bedroom

The Wellcroft apartment is part of the main stone barn conversion. It is a single storey ground floor apartment which is partially stone and wooden cladding. There is a dining table and chairs, a 2 seater sofa and an armchair and digital television and DVD (please bring own DVDs). The living room and bedroom have fitted carpets whilst the entrance hall, bathroom and kitchen area have ceramic tiles.
Henmoor – 3 bedrooms

It used to be two apartments which some of our guests may have known as Upper and Lower Henmoor. However, in 2018 we have converted these into one large 3 bedroom apartment now simply known as "Henmoor". The apartment is a split level apartment consisting of three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom upstairs boasts a small balcony whilst the other two bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) have an en-suite shower room.
The Stables – 3 bedrooms

The Stables was converted from an old stable block in 2018 and is situated near the swimming pool. The Stables consists of three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower wet-room, a further family bathroom with a bath and a shower, and a large open plan kitchen and living room. The Main bedroom has a Kingsize bed, whilst the other two bedrooms can have either a Super-Kingsize bed or twin beds depending on your preference.
Bed & Breakfast

Dan and Fiona now offer a Bed and Breakfast Room option to our guests who would perhaps prefer to stay for a shorter break or who would simply prefer the option of Bed and Breakfast Room over a self-catering apartment. Set in their country farmhouse at The Old Stone Barn is a large traditional bedroom with a modern twist.
