Our seven self-catering cottages offer 1-3 bedroom accommodations in converted farm buildings. Each property features fully equipped kitchens, modern amenities, and private outdoor spaces while retaining original architectural character. Ideal for families, couples, or business stays, these cottages provide flexible accommodation options with bedding and parking included.
Luxury Safari Tents
Three premium safari tents provide unique glamping experiences with luxury furnishings and modern comforts. Each tent sleeps 4-6 guests and includes bedding, parking, and access to shared facilities. Designed for nature immersion without compromising comfort, these tents feature special amenities like roll-top baths in select units.
Farm Events Hosting
Our scenic grounds and rustic barn spaces accommodate weddings, private parties, and special events. The venue combines countryside charm with practical facilities including parking, outdoor lighting, and flexible space configurations. Swimming Pool Access

We stayed in one of the units, Henmoor, with family for my brother's wedding. The unit itself was very well presented, had a great homely feel and provided excellent facilities. Having a pool, a play park for kids and some friendly animals about really made the experience special. One of the best self catering units I've stayed in.

A fantastic base, friendly chickens and cat. we stayed in the Alpaca safari tent which was great fun and also hired a hot tub which was lovely in the cool evenings. outdoor pool was great although a little chilly with the cool weather my son and I still went in each day. the farm is in a great area,close to many places to explore- lots of country… parks- we went to Irchester amd Rushden lakes, and also milton keynes attractions. some great local pubs where we ate out a few nights- cherry tree, cowpers oak and the White Hart. all served lovely meals and within 5-10mins drive

We had a fabulous two nights staying in the Ranger. The farm is beautiful and very nice for the kids to run around. The accommodation was beautiful and very thought out with lovely little touches like marshmallows and sweets for the kids. The pool was really good fun and having lots of pool equipment available was fantastic especially as I forgot… my toddlers arms bands. Fiona was very friendly and helpful. The duck eggs were yummy and very fresh. We can’t wait to book again as we loved it. The bedding was so warm and beds very comfortable with extra blankets and hot water bottles

What a gorgeous setting. Really well laid out and with all the essentials. Very comfortable accommodation and we were blessed with seriously lovely weather. Going back soon!

I had a mini break with my Husband & 2 year old Daughter. We stayed in the Alpaca & it was fabulous. Really well done & everything had been thought of. I'm used to taking washing up stuff, bath mats, matches etc, but it was all there. Really tastefully kitted out too. Also extendable marshmallow skewers & a jar to go with them... great touch 😃… Super pool, my little one loved it! We had a nice walk to Olney through the country side for lunch & back again. Nice to have the ducks & chickens roaming around. The Alpacas like a bit of loving too 😄 Fiona
