JRB was established by James Burke, an experienced Chartered Surveyor and Valuer. James has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of the residential survey, valuation and energy assessment fields. After completing his RICS accredited Honours Degree in 1995 he embarked on his professional surveying career with Savills International Property Consultants.
From then on James worked at a senior level in both the Public and Private sectors working with and advising both private and commercial clients on various aspects of survey and valuation work. During his professional career James has also advised on and been quoted in the national media (Sunday Times Property Section) on residential property matters.

Our Surveyors are Chartered through the RICS with the qualification MRICS or FRICS and have the knowledge, skills and understanding to undertake valuations on residential and commercial property competently.
