The whole process was fairly straight forward, and the support team were ready to help with any queries if there were any difficulties. The car was perfect for our journey & the difficulties we first encountered starting the car with the app were sorted out by the owner. All in all, highly recommended & we will definitely use them again. Fabulous idea which creates income for the owner if they're not using their car & undercuts the big car hire hire companies, making it more affordable, especially during holiday periods. Easy to use and far more straightforward than any other car hire company. Help comes immediately if you need it and people on the app are friendly. Prices are also very reasonable and we got a parking discount through the app! 100% will use again.

I've used HiyaCar for at least 12 hires for less than a day to up to a week. I've always found the choice, accessibility and quality excellent. Customer support has been great when needed. Prices are generally competitive, and the NHS discount (following the generous free hire scheme at the beginning of the pandemic) is excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I have used Hiyacar several times now and I cant fault them at all! I have hired cars for a few hours and even for 10 days, every owner is very helpful and reply very quickly even when I needed them on Christmas Eve! The cars are always clean and really nice to drive, 100% recommend
