Rising Spirit Academy

Rising Spirit Academy was opened in 2005 by Chris Williams, uniting Oxford's diverse cultures and families under one roof. Mr Williams has over 30 years of martial arts experience. He studied under the guidance of world champion Grand Master Hopwood and Supreme Master Kim Bok-Man, who was one of the original creators of Tae Kwon Do.

Contacting us is quick and easy. Our Chief Instructor Mr Williams will receive your enquiry directly and he will respond personally, typically within 24 hours. Data Protection: Your information is passed directly to the Chief Instructor (Mr Williams) and is not stored online on a database.
