Lightly spiced marinated chicken strips, infused with fresh garlic and TT's unique blend of herbs and spices. Cooked in special way using a traditional iron plate with aromatic herbs & spices allowing the tawa to absorb these over time. Marinated lamb chops gulled m the tandoor and cooked in a medium spicy sauce with potato and fresh green herbs.
